I’m a defect. A glitch in my Genotech prevents accreditation, and the only way to fix it is to break into the Biofuse Labs and steal the Genotech blueprints.
But if I’m never accredited, I’ll never be accepted into society. Never be a Groundwalker.
So I try for it anyway, only to discover a secret compound full of people like me as I try to escape–a group of people who call themselves Glitchers and aren’t afraid of who they are. People who accept their unique abilities as gifts, not flaws.

Now I’m faced with a difficult decision. Do I sacrifice what makes me…me…to fix my flaws and make my dreams come true? Or stay true to myself but risk my life to join the rebellion rising up against the Technocracy?
When what could have been a dream come true shapes up to be a living nightmare, I realize I never had a choice to begin with. This is my fate.
