When Bard is sent away by his mother, little does he know that his life will never be the same again. He will enter a dragon palace built on mystery, myths and legends; secrets, fables and ancient stories. And all the while danger is brewing in the form of the relentless hunters killing the dragons for their scales.
With his mother’s last words:
‘These are the humans who fight wars, who want power and wealth, with weapons that make them stronger and more ferocious than any other species. Be afraid of those humans. Be afraid for the dragons.’
